Our friend's Tiffany and Jordan welcomed their second child-beautiful baby girl Elsa Providence!
And Aviana met her new friend! Seeing a newborn made us realize how much Aviana has grown! I am trying to enjoy each moment at each stage since they are fleeting.
The weather has been off and on here in New Mexico. Aviana, Hildy, Scout, and I (sometimes Dad) have been sneaking out to enjoy the sunshine and walk around the park. After dressing her up to go for this particular walk I realized this was her tomboy outfit! Takes after her mother!

While nursing one night Aviana looked up to see an owl! Can any birders out there ID this predator for us?
Perhaps it is the Mother owl from Aviana's Owl Babies book! The moral of that book is the mother always returns to her babies!
