And now we return to our regularly scheduled program . . . . after dealing with a dead lap top and technical difficulties with our camera the Sekerak family is back at the blog. Mama and baby continue to do well as evidenced by the growing bulge—witnessed recently by my parents--John and Barbara Falk aka Gramps and Grandma. During their visit we enjoyed a rare glimpse inside Sandia National Labs—Mike’s work held a very interesting family day. Next the four of us enjoyed hiking Tent Rocks and visiting the National Atomic Museum.
Memorial Day weekend Mike debuted the McDougall kilt at a Celtic-New Mexican wedding of local friends. The evening was filled with good food, good friends, and great scotch (for Mike). The following night was spent car camping in the Jemez area—Scout would like you all to know he did a good job sleeping in the tent for the first time. This was a good taste of our outdoor life to come with baby!
